Products

Create and manage print products with template files, pricing, editor configuration, attributes, and storefront publishing.

The Products page is where you create, configure, and manage every product available in your storefronts. Each product defines what customers can order — from the template file and page dimensions to the pricing rules, editor behavior, and storefront visibility. Products can be IDML-based templates, blank canvas designs, parametric standards from Print CAD, or static PDF uploads.

The Products section in the admin sidebar is also the gateway to related modules including Categories, Collections, Tags, and all Print Editor configuration pages.

View Products

  1. From your Unified Admin, go to Products > Product List.
  2. The product grid shows all products for the selected storefront. Use the Search button to filter by name or the category dropdown to filter by category.
  3. Products can be reordered by dragging rows when filtering by a specific category.
  4. Use the overflow menu (three-dot icon) for bulk actions: Export (downloads an XLSX spreadsheet), Import (uploads an XLSX file), or Uncategorized (filters to products not assigned to any category, with a count badge).
