Partner Apps extend your PrintNow storefronts with third-party services for everything from stock photography and cloud file uploads to tax compliance, direct mail processing, wholesale printing, and print production routing. Each integration is configured in the Unified Admin under Partner Apps with API keys or credentials from the respective service provider.
Integrations connect at different points in the customer experience — some add capabilities to the Print Editor (stock images, cloud file pickers), others enhance checkout (address validation, autocomplete, tax calculation), and others automate post-order workflows (print MIS routing, fulfillment tracking, Zapier automation).
Wholesale Trade Printers
Send production work to a trade printer instead of running it in house. With 4Over and Sinalite you connect the account, build pricing categories from their catalog, and let PrintNow quote live prices and submit orders automatically. Order Desk works differently — it routes finished orders out to whichever printers and fulfillment providers you have configured on its side, so pricing stays with your own storefront setup.
4Over
Sync the 4Over catalog, quote live pricing, and submit orders with status tracking. Includes EDDM route selection on an interactive map and a guided Direct Mail wizard with address validation and presort postage.
Order Desk
Order management platform for multi-channel fulfillment routing — orders sent automatically or on demand with full line item and checkout data.
Sinalite
Build pricing categories from the Sinalite catalog, with a storefront calculator, artwork upload, and automatic order submission and status tracking.
