Getting Help
The ways to get help with PrintNow — the AI support assistant, support tickets in PrintNow Hub, and self-serve documentation.
There are a few ways to get help with PrintNow, depending on what you need. For most product and how-to questions the fastest path is the AI support assistant; for bugs, account-specific issues, and anything that needs a person, PrintNow Hub support tickets are the right channel.
AI Support Assistant
The PrintNow Support assistant is the chat bubble available in the Unified Admin, PrintNow Hub, and this documentation site. Ask a product, setup, or how-to question in plain language and it answers in seconds, drawing its answers from PrintNow's documentation and linking you to the relevant pages.
What to expect:
- Documentation-based answers. The assistant searches the PrintNow documentation and answers concisely, with links to the pages it used. It won't invent features, quote pricing, or promise timelines.
- Available wherever you work. The same assistant appears in the admin dashboard, the Hub, and the docs, and is aware of where you're chatting from.
- Knows its limits. For anything it can't answer from the documentation — a bug, an outage, a data issue, or an account-specific question — it points you to the right human channel rather than guessing.
The assistant is for finding answers — it doesn't change settings, place orders, or access your account credentials or payment details. For account-specific changes, use a support ticket.
Support Tickets
For bugs, outages, data issues, or anything that needs the PrintNow team to investigate, submit a support ticket in PrintNow Hub. Tickets move through a clear lifecycle (New, Open, Pending, Solved, Closed), support file attachments and CC contacts, and track SLA response times so you can see where your request stands. The number of contacts who can submit tickets depends on your plan's support seats.
Feature Requests
Have an idea for the product? Submit and vote on feature requests in PrintNow Hub to help shape the roadmap — see Portal Features.
Self-Serve Documentation
This documentation site (docs.printnow.com) covers the whole platform — Print Store, Print Editor, Print MIS, Print CAD, the Enterprise API, and Partner Apps. The AI support assistant searches these same pages, so anything it can answer, you can also find here directly.
