Site Albums

Manage storefront-wide image albums available to all users in the Print Editor.

Site Albums let you create and manage image libraries that are available to all customers on your storefront. Unlike User Albums (which are personal to each customer), Site Albums are storefront-wide collections of images that any user can browse and use when designing in the Print Editor. Common uses include brand assets, pre-approved logos, stock photography, and seasonal graphics.

Each album can be marked as "Shared," which makes it accessible to users beyond the current storefront. Albums contain images that customers can browse, select, and place onto their designs.

View Site Albums

  1. From your Unified Admin, go to Print Editor > Images > Site Albums.
  2. The page displays all site albums in a server-side paginated grid. The total album count appears in the page title.
  3. To add a new album, click the Add Album button.
