User Albums

View and manage customer-uploaded image albums in the Print Editor.

User Albums provides a read-only administrative view of all image albums that customers have created on your storefront. Each customer who uploads images through the Print Editor or the My Images page automatically gets personal albums that store their files. This page lets you browse albums by customer, view album contents, and manage images when needed.

Unlike Site Albums (which are storefront-wide and admin-created), User Albums are personal to each customer. They are organized in a master-detail grid where each row represents a customer, and expanding a row reveals that customer's individual albums.

View User Albums

  1. From your Unified Admin, go to Print Editor > Images > User Albums.
  2. The page displays a master-detail grid of all customers who have albums. The total customer count appears in the page title.
  3. Use the search panel to filter customers by name or ID.
