Activity Log

Track activity generated and posted to PrintNow servers with continuous log of changes filtered by Id, Username, description, Type, and Date & Time.

The Activity Log was created for customers to track activity generated and posted to PrintNow servers. We show continuous log of changes and provide ways to filter and search by Id, Username, description. Type, and Date & Time. activity-log.png

Search Activity Log

  1. From your Unified Admin, go to Print Store>Activity Log.
  2. From the Activity Log page, your log will be filtered by default from newest to oldest changes.
  3. You can filter by ascending and descending order by clicking on the header column.
  4. You can search by keyword in the search box on top of the page.
ColumnDescription
IdThe unique activity id.
UsernameThe username of which the changes were made by.
DescriptionThe detailed description of what the user changed.
TypeThe type of change made.
IPThe IP of the user that received the error.
ActionWhether the change was an update, add on, or delete.
Date & TimeThe date and time of the error.
