Activity Log

View a log of administrative actions and changes made to your storefront.

The Activity Log records every administrative action performed in your storefront's Unified Admin. Each time an admin user creates, updates, deletes, clones, or imports a record, the system automatically logs the action along with who performed it, when, and from which IP address. Use this page to audit changes, troubleshoot configuration issues, and maintain accountability across your admin team.

The log retains the most recent 90 days of activity and supports full-text search across descriptions, actions, usernames, and IP addresses.

View Activity Log

  1. From your Unified Admin, go to Settings > Domain Tools > Activity Log.
  2. The activity log displays as a scrollable grid with server-side pagination. Rows load automatically as you scroll.
  3. To search, click the Search button to open the search panel and enter a keyword. The search matches against user names, descriptions, actions, and IP addresses.
  4. To sort, click any column header. The default sort is by Date & Time (newest first).
